The position is available on a hybrid basis, with the role being predominantly home based with some UK-wide travel required.

As the Early Careers Manager, your focus will be on end-to-end recruitment, building key relationships and elevating the service to structured campaigns and assessment centres through to onboarding talent to join our Amey family.

Your role ensures seamless recruitment services, attracting diverse talent, and providing an outstanding candidate experience. Serving as the primary point of escalation for early careers recruitment issues, you'll contribute to our mission of creating well-functioning, safe spaces that support community growth.

It's important to note that whilst the role is predominantly home based it will require some UK-wide travel.

Reporting to the Resourcing Business Partner, your responsibilities include:

  • Proactively deliver the early careers demand through exceptional end to end recruitment service

  • Actively manage external partnerships with school, colleges, and universities as well as other external providers

  • Manage and drive proactive recruitment campaigns, events, and assessment centres

  • Maintain appropriate metrics on Early Careers recruitment and report management information on recruitment activity

You should bring a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on early careers.

  • Demonstrating a tangible understanding of strategic sourcing techniques is essential, along with experience in crafting and executing recruitment campaigns.
