Full Job Description

Reporting to the eCommerce Manager you will support the team in maximising sales through effective management of eCommerce platforms. You'll focus on optimising our web trading, analysing sales data and inventory management. Responsibilities

Develop and implement online merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to align product displays with promotional campaigns.

· Curate visually appealing and user-friendly online product displays, ensuring accurate representation of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate assortments.

· Optimize product listings, imagery, and descriptions to maximise customer engagement.

· Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyse customer behaviour, traffic patterns, and conversion rates.

· Regularly review sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

· Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling product descriptions, educational content, and multimedia assets to enhance the online shopping experience.

· Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with merchandisers to ensure stock availability.

· Implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and minimise out-of-stock situations.

· Continuously explore and implement improvements to the user interface and overall online shopping experience.

· Conduct A/B testing
