As EDI & Wellbeing Administrator, you will play a pivotal role within the EDI team, supporting Equality, Diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives. You'll support internal and external activities, monitor projects, and work across the business with many different people.

Additional Responsibilities:

- This is a varied role which includes a broad range of administrative duties to support the day-to-day work of the UKAEA People Department.
- You will specifically support the Head of EDI and Wellbeing and the EDI and Wellbeing Manager in setting up and embedding projects, activities and initiatives in this function.
Your duties will include coordinating and reporting on the progress of existing EDI and wellbeing plans and supporting benchmarking, surveys, and audits.
- You'll also manage and monitor the budget and raise purchase orders for expenditure.
- You'll organise and attend internal and external events, liaising with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) / be eligible for SC Clearance (must have resided in the UK for the last 5 years), including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions., Demonstrable administrative experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to cope with multiple tasks and priorities appropriately.
- Experience using Databases and Record Keeping Systems.
- A Levels or equivalent literacy and numeracy.
- Excellent IT skills - Office 365, SharePoint, Excel, publication tools, etc.
- Good interpersonal and organisation skills.

The salary for this role is £25,030 + excellent benefits, including an outstanding pension.
