As our new Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for the management and maintenance of the performance and reliability of all plant and equipment on-site while driving for world-class standards. The priorities of this role are to ensure a safe working environment, to manage, develop and inspire your team, feed safety and quality, maximise process efficiency, and provide service and feed consistency on the best cost framework.

As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the site. As part of this you will be required to have the following skills, qualifications, and experience:

·      A logical and structured thinker, with a strong ability to solve problems.

·      Exposure to high volume manufacturing – CI or Lean methodologies.

·      Resilient personal development focus on continuously improving.

·      A degree of hands-on working especially during holidays and unplanned absence cover.

If you have experience in managing multiskilled teams and driving performance through engagement and continuous improvement, this may be the role for you.

This is an exciting position for the right candidate who will join an experienced team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the site. The individual will have wide latitude for independent judgment and will be expected to work under minimal supervision on complex projects.
