Engineering and Technical Manager

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Engineering and Technical Manager to join us on this exciting journey.

Are you enthusiastic about the idea of joining the world's largest Monopile Factory? Your contribution will be crucial in building the foundations for a future with Net Zero emissions.

Your role as an Engineering and Technical Manager will be integral to the success of this ambitious venture.

As the Engineering and Technical Manager, your responsibilities will encompass establishing, overseeing, and upholding production standards across our operations, which include welding, processing, and equipment maintenance.

Moreover, you'll be tasked with leading a team of Production and Welding Engineers, collaborating closely with Production Supervisors to ensure adherence to operational standards, procedures, and controls.

Your role will also involve supervising research, development, innovation, and the implementation of new processes.

To excel in this position, a minimum of a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required, along with membership or Fellowship in a recognized Professional Institution.

Demonstrated leadership abilities, a commitment to nurturing engineering talent, proficiency in welding processes, and outstanding communication skills are essential attributes for success.
