  Were looking for an enthusiastic estate agent to join and develop with a young forward thinking independent Estate Agent. Motis Estates are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for an experienced Sales Manager to operate from our Folkestone office.


They will have the necessary attributes to be a leader within Residential Property Sales and Listings in the area. You should have previous experience in Estate Agency and must genuinely like dealing with people in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.,
• Be target orientated with a proven track record of achievement


• Be enthusiastic and motivated at all times


• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Be highly organized


• Have the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships


• Display high standards of service and presentation
  
  £30000 per annum Basic with a commission package


• Periodic valuation and activity bonuses on offer


• Highly incentivised role


• Managing and leading our sales team
