Full Job Description

  • Analysing and communicating financial and non-financial information to help the business make data-driven decisions

  • Assisting in the creation of timely and accurate financial reporting, which may include consolidations and preparing statutory accounts under IFRS

  • Establishing and tracking KPIs to monitor company performance

  • Assessing risks and advising on suitable mitigating controls

  • Identifying inefficiencies or control deficiencies and introducing suitable solutions

  • Managing stakeholder relationships to ensure Finance is an enabler to business success

    Are you an adventurous soul? A champion of good design and beautiful experiences? Are you in search of opportunity, growth, and a better world?, Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting & Controlling or similar from a reputable University in UK/Europe is desirable

  • Knowledge or previous work experience completed in Real Estate/Finance/Hospitality through internships or a similar format desirable

  • Great communication skills - with fluency in English and a 2nd language desirable

  • The ability to challenge the status quo as a mindset, not just a phrase in notepad

  • The ability to work well under pressure confidently

  • Attention to detail and sound judgement

  • Project Management - deadline/delivery focused, working in a way that is positive but assertive

  • Proven working experience managing high volumes of data with excellent system skills (SAGE, Excel, PowerBI, TM1 or other related systems)

  • The ability to develop and build relationships easily
