Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

The ideal Grounds Maintenance Team Leader will be able to:

• Deal with all aspects of grounds maintenance


• Ensure that health and safety standards are adhered to, and risk assessments are carried out.


• Ensure routine checks on machinery are carried out and equipment monitored.


• Able to lead a team and work well within a team.
  
  We are looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team in Chandler's Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire. As a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, you will have at least a years' experience in all aspects of grounds maintenance, ride on mowers, grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming. Ideally be able to pitch mark sports pitches. You will need to be happy to work alone within a team and lead a team., 1+ years of experience in all aspects of commercial grounds maintenance


• Experience of ride on mowers


• PA1 & PA6


• Horticultural experience


• A full UK driving licence.

  £24,000 - £26,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time, Full time, Permanent, Monday - Thursday 7am-4pm Friday 7am-3pm


Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 per year (depending on experience)
