Full Job Description

  • Provide outstanding leadership to the Human Resources team and facilitate strong working relationships between HR and the rest of the business.

  • The management and development of people is a key aspect of the role. Oversee the recruitment, performance management, supervision and guidance, and professional development of the HR team.

  • Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, wellbeing, EDI etc.

  • Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.

  • Provide timely, pertinent and accurate information to the Chief Operating Officer and Board by analysing data and using HR metrics.

  • Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics

  • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations

  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards

  • Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required

  • Contribute actively to strategic decision making as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

  • BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources and/or CIPD level 7 will be a plus

  • Full understanding of the way an organisation operates to meet its objectives

  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations

  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practise

  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
