A Head Chef who knows how to take ownership of the kitchen and and the food it produces with successful record of achievement a given. Experience of commercial catering and kitchen operations, including dish preparations, food ordering, kitchen safety, all coupled with an ability to inspire the kitchen team., Relevant Experience (role may also appeal to an experienced Sous Chef seeking to take on their first Head Chef role)

• Have a proven track record -Previous experience as a Head Chef or someone looking to to take the next step from an experienced sous chef.


• Creative and able to collobarate with reporting manager to develop seasonal menus.


• Passion for food - From sourcing great ingredients to delivering the wow factors with presentation.


• A hands on leader who will show your team how its done and take them on the journey with you.


• Controlling stock levels to acheive positive results.


• Kitchen Health & Safety & Statutory practice experience.

The Witch and Worm Bar & Restaurant having recently undergone refurbishment and now seeking a Head Chef to take food offering to the next level, serving good honest gastro style pub food using the best locally soured produce. We also have a very nice 'Food to Go' mobile trailer that pops up during peak weeks and that our customers really enjoy. Enthusiastic about delivering great customer service and taking pride in serving up great food are core for delivering the role and fitting in with our super friendly team and our customer experience ethos.

The bar and restaurant has an outdoor patio and overlooks an outdoor pool that is much enjoyed by guests during summer months and with a real holiday vibe at the heart of the park.
