Head of Finance - IT International

Reporting to the Finance Director - IT International, you will be leading the financials of major Pharmaceutical countries remaining within WBA (Germany, Mexico, Thailand), integration and transformational programmes in the German market and Global Sourcing. You will also be responsible for the FP&A activities for IT International and lead the reporting and consolidation of IT costs (capex and opex) for all international, delivering CIO performance deck

The main responsibilities are to provide strong commercial challenge to enable successful delivery of a business critical programmes, to embed strong financial governance and to deliver accurate and insightful cost reporting. You will lead the planning processes for IT International for 3YP and Budgets.

• Senior Executive stakeholder management and ability to navigate and deliver work through various teams and geographies.


• Ability to build strong relationships and networks across the organisation


• Proficient in Excel and excellent PowerPoint skills.


• Previous experience of management reporting, budgeting and forecasting a significant advantage


• Ability to work day to day in a challenging, fast-paced, goal-focussed organisation.


• Previous experience with the relevant finance systems (SAP, TM1, PA)


• Understanding of project management principles, documentation, project quality standards and relevant reporting requirements


• Team management experience.


It would be great if you also have

• Ideally, some exposure to IT or IT Projects, Finance project management


• Previous experience of management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting a significant advantage


• German speaking is an advantage
