Health and Social Care Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team. As a trainer you will be responsible for providing education and training for all our staff

Training experience required for this role.

As a Trainer Assessor for Fellside Homecare, you will be facilitating the development of our Carers skills, knowledge, and behaviors through coaching, learning and assessment. You will utilise a full and varied range of teaching and training techniques to achieve delivery,

Your roles with include.

• Unannounced mentoring visits


• Develop and deliver training programs for all our staff.


• Utilize interactive teaching methods to engage participants and enhance learning.


• Assess participant understanding and provide feedback and guidance as needed.


• Stay informed about current trends and advancements in public health to incorporate into training programs.


• Maintain training records and documentation.


• induction training courses which include care certificate, medication training and moving & handling also specialist care training


• Working closely with all our team of carers in office and out in the community


• Working closely with Health care professionals for our clients' needs
  
  Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)


Experience:

• Training: 1 year (preferred)


• Health and Social Care: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
