Full Job Description

We are currently looking for a pottery lecturer to deliver afternoon sessions from 1:30-4:30 pm on a Wednesday at our Abingdon Campus., Hourly Paid Lecturers are responsible for planning courses, delivering inspiring lessons, keeping records of their learners' progress, and participating in development activities to enhance their own teaching, learning and assessment skills. The College offers a comprehensive staff development programme to support tutors in developing their practice.

You do not have to be a qualified teacher but must be knowledgeable and passionate about your subject area. Opportunities also exist to gain a recognised teaching qualification., Although a teaching qualification is an advantage, training opportunities exist within the College and we can support you in gaining your Award in Education and Training Level 3 Qualification (AET), within your first year of joining the college.
