Full Job Description

To implement HR processes to support CPL UK business growth, in lined with global HR direction and initiatives. To partner with GMs and local line managers to ensure basic HR processes and procedures are in place, and followed. To provide necessary HR solutions to all key stakeholders and ensure its business is well resourced with appropriately remunerated and developed people to achieve their desired business outcomes. To support Global HR service, initiatives and projects to enable CPL to become an employer of choice.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Implement HR policies, processes, procedures and initiatives
Update existing local HR policies, processes and procedures
Provide support and solution to the management team to resolve employee relations issues
Work with global HR to implement relevant HR processes
Keep update with local employment legislation and HR best practices
Talent acquisition and management
Manage recruitment process and ensure processes are followed
Enable line managers to find the right people for the right position
Source and identify practical recruitment solutions
Implement talent management process and work with key stakeholders
Follow and implement internal talent development and succession planning
Annual HR process
Manage and support current annual appraisal system and process
Educate staff and managers to utilise the system and process effectively
Manage the annual processes as per global HR timeframe
Support annual salary review process and monitor local salary market rate
HRIS, Reporting and Ad hoc projects
Implement and manage SuccessFactors and ensure it provides accurate information
Provide quarterly global HR report
Actively involved and support all HR relevant projects
Remuneration and benefits
Ability to benchmark remuneration package offerings against the local market
Explore and implement employee benefits offerings and provide cost effective solutions
Conduct salary survey and gap analysis
Promote employee wellness programs and offerings
Work with finance team to manage payroll, travel policy, pension and insurance to ensure these are aligned with overall employee remuneration and benefits guiding principles
Global HR Service and Project
Report to Global HR Director to manage and support global HR service, initiatives and projects
Initiate and manage salary grading process
Manage and support L&D activities
Support global HR ad hoc projects

Relevant HR and business degree essential.
10+ years relevant HR and industry experience in a multinational company environment
Experience in all basic HR process and procedures
Demonstrated track record in implementing HR plans and programs that deliver business outcomes.
High-level communication, collaboration and administrative skills
Fluent in English both written and speaking
