Full Job Description

As a HR Operations Assistant you will support our HR Operations Manager and the wider HR team in a variety of tasks and projects across the department.
Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and reporting on project progress across the HR department and wider People Team

  • Ensuring project stakeholders remain up to date on deliverables

  • Assist the HR Team with administration duties during project down time

  • Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and Company standards

  • Provide support in resolving HR system queries to ensure a smooth operation and user support

  • Generate comprehensive reports on various HR data to provide insights and support decision-making for stakeholders

    Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • A confident communicator and eagerness to work with others

  • Ability to work independently and prioritise work

  • Good report writing capability, being able to clearly articulate progress, risk and issues

  • Experience in HR or knowledge of the function is preferable

  • Proficiency is coordinating projects

  • Relevant qualifications, such as PRINCE2/ Agile are beneficial
