Full Job Description

  • Create, post and maintain job adverts to source high quality candidates.

  • Review CVs, shortlist candidates and action all candidate feedback/communication.

  • Conduct both telephone and video interviews and make all necessary arrangements.

  • Maintain an applicant tracking system and produce relevant data.

  • Manage the candidate experience throughout to ensure a positive experience.

  • Prepare and issue contracts of employment and make onboarding arrangements for new starters.

  • Assist with holiday and sickness systems.

  • Support projects to consistently improve our HR and recruitment systems.

  • Maintain the HR Database to ensure up to date and accurate records are kept.

  • Assist with general HR administration., This role will be based remotely at home with occasional travel to our Hertfordshire studios to attend classes and meetings. You will have regular contact with our supportive and friendly team and will play a key role in the growth of our Instructor team.

    We are looking for a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly team at an exciting time of company growth. You will have previous experience in a HR environment with first hand experience of the full recruitment lifecycle. Your main role will be to resource Personal Trainers and Sports Therapists to join our team of Instructors, and other occasional roles from time to time., Working experience in a previous recruitment role is essential.

  • Understanding of HR principles and best practice is essential.

  • Strong administrative, communication and organisational skills.

  • Fitness industry knowledge desirable but not essential.

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage own time effectively.

  • Confident IT user, experience using Google Sheets is desirable.

  • Interest in health and fitness.
