Human Resources Analyst

· Recruit, onboard, and train employees.

· Manage HR policies, payroll, and compliance.

· Specialist Administrative Duties:

· Find project opportunities in Maritime & Aerospace industries.

· Research markets and competitors.

· Build client relationships and negotiate contracts.

· Monitor project progress and report to management.

· Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

· Proficient in HR software.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.

· Team player with interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of HR principles and regulations.

Experience:

· Minimum 2 years in HR within the industry.

· Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

· Familiarity with industry-specific HR practices.

· Previous involvement in talent management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

· Relevant HR certifications or memberships.

· Ongoing professional development in HR practices.

· Understanding of industry-specific employment laws.,

  · Salary - £28000 year depending on experience.

Location - Combination of Home and Office working
