Industrial Door Engineer

The role involves delivering a full schedule of works, on time and to budget.

Handling new and existing contracts.

Commercial and Industrial jobs.

To ensure all daily planned and routine work is completed and to ensure that all breakdowns are attended to and rectified in a line with departmental objectives in a safe manner, causing minimum downtime and preventing business disruption.

A good understanding of health and safety and the build process, team player is a must.

There will be driving between contracts so a clean driving licence is a must.

What we require:

Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.

Experienced in the following products

Bay door/Roller Shutters experience is preferred

Automatic Gates

Traffic Barriers and Associated equipment

3 phase electrical experience and fault finding an advantage

An eye for detail and working to a high standard.

To be able to work well with others and build a strong team.

Confident working alone.

Someone who is confident has good face-to-face skills and is comfortable outlining further work to the client.

Must have excellent verbal communication skills & should be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device.

£45,000 - £50,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time, Salary £45,000-50,000 p.a.

Full time position.
