We are looking for someone with excellent numeracy and computer literacy, who is skilled in the use of software including MS Excel, MS SQL, MS SQL Server Data Tools and has experience using the latest business intelligence software. Experience using Epic reporting tools would be an advantage.

In addition, we are interested in candidates who possess the following skills related to Epic,

  • provide analytical support to the trust's directorates and trust-wide projects.

  • work as an integral part of Health Information Services, supporting projects that require measurement, such as service capacity planning, performance dashboards and complex data modelling.

  • be a subject matter expert for multiple clinical areas.

  • supervise departmental processes and provide training and development for team members.

  • be involved in the production of performance data for the trust systems and the trust-wide Epic Electronic Patient Record.

  • responsible for interpreting trust-wide information needs into data requests and translate raw data into written and graphical reports accessible to a wide audience.

Knowledge and experience with the Epic EPR system, including its workflows, processes, and reporting capabilities.

  • - Familiarity with NHS data standards and how they align with the Epic EPR system.
    - Ability to train and mentor others in information management, data analysis, NHS data standards, and Epic EPR reporting.
    - Experience in supporting the development of the reporting back-end of the Epic EPR system.
    - Proficiency in using the Epic EPR system to create dashboards and reports.

You will need to work effectively both as part of a team and with minimal supervision making strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be adaptable and autonomous essential qualities.

If you think that you have the requisite skills and experience to meet this challenge, then we would like to hear from you.
