Full Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Support Analyst to support our clinical hardware and software products deployed throughout the NHS. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting application issues, responding to customer queries and providing solutions. The successful candidate will join a friendly support team based at our Head Office in Hertfordshire.,
- Provide specialist knowledge of HD Clinical applications and software (Full training will be provided)
- Analyse, identify and resolve application issues
- Provide remote technical support to our customer base.
- Ability for prioritisation of technical based issues - working alongside colleagues on the service desk, logging, and actioning issues through to resolution.
- Provide email & telephone support to our customer base.
Enthusiastic about technical challenges and keen to learn - Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support of bespoke systems
- Troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Experience in technical support
- Analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal communication skills face to face, telephone, and MS Teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Ability to prioritise own workload based on issue prioritisation
- Zendesk software
- SQL
- Linux O/S
- Windows Server (All versions)
- Experience working with a variety of software platforms - from web based to mobile to desktop applications
- Experience of working within or around the NHS environment
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection
- A-Level or equivalent (required), Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
