Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The Kitchen Assistant will support our kitchen staff in meal preparation, food safety, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities: - Assist in food preparation and meal assembly under the guidance of kitchen staff - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas - Support catering operations by helping with food setup and presentation - Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of meals - Collaborate with cooks and culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations Qualifications: - Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced culinary setting - Strong communication skills to effectively assist kitchen staff - Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented work environment
