Kitchen Supervisor

Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
- Monitor food production to maintain quality and consistency
- Collaborate with management to develop menus and specials
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and special requests
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Previous experience working in a canteen, restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in food production techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed,

• Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)


• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
