Full Job Description
- Providing exemplary coaching and support to adult learners.
- Developing personalized learning plans for each learner.
- Integrating on-the-job and off-the-job learning components.
- Tailoring support to meet individual needs and goals.
- Engaging line managers and conducting progress reviews.
- Encouraging learners to enhance their skills.
- Preparing learners for assessments and ensuring compliance with standards.
- Proactively engaging with learners and achieving key performance indicators.
- Maintaining accurate learning records.
As a Skills Coach for either our Level 3 or Level 5 Leadership & Management Apprenticeships, you'll have the opportunity to support a diverse group of learners, providing personalized coaching and guidance tailored to their unique needs and aspirations. You'll work collaboratively with our team to ensure the success of our apprenticeship programs and the growth of our learners., Business, Leadership, and Management qualifications or relevant experience. - Familiarity with management and leadership apprenticeships.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Initiative and proactive problem-solving abilities.
