Librarian

For September 2024 Thornton College is looking to recruit an organised and knowledgeable Librarian to work in and manage the School Library. She/he will select, acquire, purchase, organise, advise on and promote learning resources in all formats, which support the curriculum and learning and teaching in consultation with school management and other teaching staff. The role includes Prep. and Senior Library lessons as well as supervision and management responsibility for the Educational Visits and Co-curricular programmes at Thornton College.

This is a full-time position, between the hours of 8am - 6pm. The position is term time only. Salary commensurate with experience between £17-589.00 - £19,813.00.
