Maintenance Assistant

As our next Maintenance Assistant, you….

• Makes sure that fire security installations are in good working order,


• Runs regular checks on technical equipment to prevent any problems,


• Implements corrective action plans,


• Follows PPM plans instigated by the Maintenance Manager


• Checks application of water hygiene procedures,


• Advises the Maintenance Manager when specialist intervention is required,


• Ensure the evolution of his/her knowledge and the safety of their interventions


• Respects guests' privacy and works without disturbing them,


• Actively contributes to guests' comfort


• Tracks and optimises energy consumption


• Respects Accor's Legionnaires' disease directive,


• Applies the hotel's security regulations (in case of fire etc)


• Respects the hotel's commitments to the "Environment Charter" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc), and ISO regulations


• Actively contributes to the safety of people and property (ensuring safety exits remain clear of obstruction etc)
