Management Accountant

Due to exciting developments and new contracts of work, we are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join our team., It's an exciting time to join, we are looking for a hands-on Management Accountant to join our team in Belton, Doncaster. You will work closely with the Group Finance Director, assisting in the producing of management information for the Belton factory.

Our Management Accountant will:

· Report site financial operational performance and ensure accurate and clear reporting to the site leadership

· Production of monthly management accounts driven from ERP system

· Review and drive improvements in site forecasting and performance metrics

· The Management Accountant will act as business partner to the factory management, but ensuring independence is always maintained

· Perform balance sheet reconciliations such as accruals, prepayments, stock and payroll

· Be responsible for dealing with the Companies auditors and dealing with external advisors

· CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified/part qualified,

· Experience of using ERP systems would be helpful

· Excellent numeracy skills and a track record of accurately recording financial information

· Strong IT skills

· The ability to manage own workload and complete reports to set deadlines, whilst being flexible to adapt to situations as they arise

· Superb organisational skills with high attention to detail

· The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team

· Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to adapt when liaising with non-financially minded people

Cartwright Vehicle Conversions is a conversion manufacturer based in Belton DN9, nr Scunthorpe, that offers a wide range of converted vehicles for the commercial market, mobility, ambulance, police, temperature control, and security sectors.

The working hours are between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and between 8:00am and 2:30pm Friday with 30 minutes for lunch.
