Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

· To ensure that all aspects of building / plant maintenance within Bushboard Ltd.'s premises and any other duties as requested by your Manager are undertaken in a safe and timely manner.

Principal Elements

· You will be required to liaise with sub-contractors / machinery manufacturers for upkeep / installation relating to any works required.

· To work as part of the maintenance team to fulfil the maintenance requirements of the Company.

· To prioritise and ensure Health & Safety works for ongoing compliance of the Company's Health & Safety Policy is maintained.

· Able to work on own initiative and as part of team.

· Maintain a safe and productive working area.

· Other duties as role develops.

· Candidates should be time served apprentices and have a minimum NVQ level 3 in engineering or equivalent.

· Proven experience in a similar role.

· Multiskilled engineering experience (electrical, mechanical).

· Electrical Knowledge ideally 18th Edition

· PLC Knowledge

· Inverter Drive Knowledge

· 60% work is mechanical so an understanding of Hydraulics / Pneumatics

Monday- Friday 7am- 3:30pm

Candidate will be expected to work one Saturday a month 6am-11am which is inclusive of salary

Performance Measures

Annual appraisals to be undertaken and objectives set for the forthcoming year.
