Multi Skilled Shift Engineer-24 / 7 Operation

East Northamptonshire Packaging Manufacturer seeking to expand their Engineering department with new, additional, vacancies for 4 x multi skilled Engineers to work a continental shift pattern both days and nights within a 24/7 operation. These vacancies would suit candidates comfortable within a fast-paced, continuous manufacturing environment.

Candidates will be considered, based upon the following minimum requirements:

· Time served apprenticeship &/or proven qualification and experience within the engineering sector.

· Demonstrated ability to undertake diagnostics and repairs, to a high standard against the following elements:

o Mechanical

o Hydraulic

o Pneumatic

o Electrical Controls

· Demonstrated knowledge and ability to undertake planned maintenance/service activities.

· Demonstrated knowledge of safe working practices, ability to work to the company's safety policies, processes, and procedures, and to be actively involved in the evolution of the company's safety systems.

Candidates with the following additional skills or experience would be considered advantageous:

· Plastics Packaging/Moulding related industries.

· PLC and HMI diagnostics and repair

· Automation installations, diagnostics, and repair
