Full Job Description

Keston Primary School in Old Coulsdon, Surrey are looking to appoint a Office Administrator to start as soon as possible.

We are looking for a confident candidate, with exceptional communication skills, who has experience in a busy school office or similar office environment and who is able to evidence their ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively.

The successful candidate will work under the management of the School Operations Manager and will undertake administrative, financial, organisational and planning processes for the school and community, as well as the role of Admissions and Attendance Officer.

They will undertake reception duties, answering general telephone and face to face enquiries, they will assist with pupil first aid/welfare duties, have responsibility for a variety of administrative procedures and clerical/admin support.

All staff are responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children within the school.

Salary: Grade 4 SCP 8 - 10 FTE: £28,272 - £29,139 (Pro Rata: £26,244 - £27, 048)
Contract: 5 days a week Monday to Friday 36 hours weekly (30 minutes for lunch) Plus 2 weeks in the school holidays
Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm
Friday 8.30am - 3.00pm,
