Operations Director

Following a review of the operational structure of the school, we are looking to appoint an Operations Director to ensure the successful and efficient day to day operation of the school's support services. This is a new role, responding to the growth in the school and a desire to improve and develop service. This is a key leadership role for the College that will act to improve services, enable operational change, and support Heads of Department. The role requires strong working relationships with staff at every level of the organisation, as well as suppliers, advisers and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of operational management and delivering exceptional customer service, excellent commercial, organisation and communication skills and is likely to have previous experience in a similar role, but not necessarily in the education sector. The ability to work under pressure while maintaining a sense of humour is paramount as is a hands-on approach. You will be a creative and pragmatic problem-solver who is able to successfully prioritise a diverse workload.
