Operations Supervisor

Rinkit are seeking a Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in picking and packing, team management, and business processes. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.,

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management


• Contribute towards the picking, checking and packing of customer orders


• Work alongside the stock supervisor to monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy


• Ensure efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials


• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment


• Collaborate with other departments to optimise warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency


• Utilise warehouse management system


• Understand and implement the processes and completion of the tasks of the day
  
  Health and safety orientated


• Proven experience in team management and leadership


• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management


• Familiarity with business processes related to warehousing and distribution


• Proficient in using warehouse management systems, Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role (Required)


• Excellent organisational and communication skills (Desirable)


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities (Required)

Pay: Up to £33,000.00 per year,
