Parts Advisor

Brayleys Cars Ltd are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our KIA dealership in Oxford. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Aftersales Manager, this role offers you the opportunity to use your customer service and administration skills to keep our service and parts departments running smoothly.,

• Receiving in of goods


• Invoicing and stock management


• Periodic stock taking and stock cleansing


• Maximize service & parts department profitability through the use of professional sales techniques


• Maximizing customer awareness of all available workshop services


• Carrying out off site parts deliveries to our customers


• Occasionally assisting our service department driving team
  
  Ideally you would have some experience in a Parts Advisor role in a franchised dealership, although we will consider individuals with other customer service and administration experience. In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate the following:


• Outstanding communication and customer service skills


• Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines


• Intermediate IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly


• A commitment to the Brayleys Guiding Principal of treating all visitors to our business, as they would a valued guest in our own homes.
