We are seeking a proactive People Business Partner to join our dynamic People team. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to implement and drive our business strategy and manage organisational changes through impactful people-related strategies. Your goal will be to optimise our workforce development and enhance our workplace culture, positioning colleague experience at the core of all initiatives.
The People team's overall objective is to ensure a seamless employee experience that fosters a productive and engaging workplace. By developing strategic workforce plans and leading innovative people initiatives, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our workforce. This position offers a unique opportunity to truly impact our operational success and enhance the professional lives of our colleagues.

You will coach and support our senior management, helping them to implement effective people strategies that align with our long-term business goals., As a People Business Partner, you will:

  • Develop and execute medium to long-term strategic people plans that support the achievement of business objectives.

  • Lead in the areas of organisational design, talent development, and succession planning.

  • Facilitate transformative change, advising and coaching senior leadership on strategic people matters.

  • Drive Diversity and Inclusion initiatives that promote an inclusive workplace culture.

  • Utilise data and metrics to inform decisions and drive effective change aligned with our business and people objectives.

    You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in a senior people role within a complex, unionised environment. Your ability to influence and drive decision-making at all levels, coupled with your expertise in project management and risk management, makes you an ideal candidate for this role. A CIPD qualification is essential, with Level 7 being highly desirable.
