We are currently recruiting for a Performance and Growth Lead to join the Marketing team to help drive venue traffic, good quality customer additions and improved brand awareness.

You'll be responsible for SEO alongside our organic and paid media actions with responsibility to drive the performance. You'll also be heavily involved with generating and monitoring the ROAS of all your actions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an understanding of PPC, SEO and Affiliate activity, who is ready to take that next step and help develop the wider business as well as their own career.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Manage the performance of Paid Digital channels including Search / Paid / Affiliates.

  • Lead on PPC strategies and usage, including DSA's, Bid strategies, Ads and Channels

  • Lead on audience building / targeting options (via all sources - e.g., CDP/ CRM / Pen Portraits etc.) and generate a strong ROAS from your actions.

  • Lead on KW approach / expansion / strategy in order to support local venues and protect the overall brand

  • Define the approach and drive the performance of Lead Generation for the business - from TOF onwards, to ensure a consistent pipeline of 'quality' prospects / customers are acquired.

  • Monitor and report on performance per channel and campaign. (GA4 etc)

  • Work cross functionally to optimize traffic generation and customer insight.

  • Lead on all Affiliate actions to support venues and help to drive traffic accordingly.

  • Maximise traffic to site / traffic to venue via channels.

  • Work closely with the Online / Content Manager to create plans that will increase Organic traffic - using content, game data and technical solutions.

    Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing qualification

  • Background in lead generation / digital marketing and a proven track record of successful digital marketing execution.

  • Understanding / exposure to PPC, SEO, SEM and CRM tools

  • Proficient in using analytics tools to track and measure digital marketing performance.

  • An energetic personality with optimism, resilience, and a considered approach
