Personal Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join our team, supporting the JLR Enterprise Performance & Quality (EP&Q) Directors of Business Excellence (BEX) and Enterprise Value Optimisation (VOO). This role is crucial to the smooth running of the Enterprise Performance function, requires a great level of flexibility, and comes with a high level of responsibility.

As the Personal Assistant you'll have sole responsibility of the Director's time, prioritising key business activities, liaising with their leadership team, managing objectives, and ensuring that follow up actions and tasks are delivered promptly.

You'll also be responsible for the following:

• Providing organisational and administrative support to the Directors to enable effective delivery of team objectives.


• Acting as the point of contact for the team and wider business on BEX and VOO departmental queries.


• Working alongside Business Office and Business Management teams to help Directors, and the wider EP&Q organisation to maximise their efficiency and impact.


• Managing Director's emails and tasks until complete, prioritising and delegating/escalating.


• Organising meetings, venues and catering for events.


• Organising UK and Overseas travel booking, visas, accommodation etc.
  
  Have excellent communication skills.


• Possess an agile and flexible approach to change, with the emphasis on being able to adapt to business priorities.


• Have exceptional organisational skills for task and objective management.


• Able to organise Executive Director's tasks, to ensure objectives are met.


• Possess strong project management capabilities with the ability to make recommendations.
