Full Job Description

  • assist with menu creation using local and seasonal ingredients

  • assist our guest chefs during our Wild Feast weekends, gaining invaluable experience cooking alongside chefs at the top of their game


    • We are looking for someone to help drive the business forward and to help create a mainstay for the local community and further afield. Previous pizza chef experience is necessary, a 'yes, yes, yes' attitude and an an open minded attitude is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a bright, warm and welcoming mentality.

    Responsibilities:
  • Help prep food for the pizza evening

  • Make pizza's to farm standards, following correct specs while meeting correct timings

  • Run a clean and organised section throughout the service

  • Leave section clean and tidy once service is finished

    Oxmoor Farm is a small farm in the Chilterns which hosts pop-up 'Wild Feast' suppers and pizza night throughout the summer months. Driven by honest food production and transparency in the supply chain, we believe that eating locally grown, seasonal produce is the only way to eat. Since opening in 2022, we have actively committed to solely buying from small-scale, no-till farms within Buckinghamshire, and its neighbouring counties. This year, we'll follow suit and continue to boast the finest produce, right here, on our doorstep. Our goal is to is to make the planet a better place through food and shine a light on the way it is produced, supplied and consumed.
