Full Job Description
- To support the Construction Management in driving project schedules to ensure delivery on time and on budget (or better) while ensuring adherence to company HSE and quality systems.
- Supervise and coordinate plating operations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate plating technicians to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Shifts would be 7am 3pm Monday to Friday + handover and overtime as required. The salary for this role is £25.51 per hour (basic day shift), £38.27 OT1, £51.02 OT2.
This is a temporary to permanent position.
