Full Job Description

To provide and maintain a high standard of nursing care for patients, as well as providing nursing assistance to the doctors and other members of the primary healthcare team.

If you are a Registered General Nurse, have experience of working in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and have a specialism in primary care nursing, such as Chronic Disease Management, we would like you to consider applying., Perform routine tasks related to patient care as directed by Lead Nurse, Allied Professional Team and the GPs. For example:

Basic wound care / ulcer care / Removal of sutures / Urinalysis / ECGs / Cervical cytology / Venepuncture / Chronic disease management Diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and Asthma Care including annual reviews.

Essential Criteria for role includes - Registered General Nurse / Demonstrable skills in chronic disease management / long term conditions.

Experience of working in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.

We currently enjoy extended Allied Professional Services. This means our Allied Professional Team stretches to include a Physiotherapists, Paramedic, Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician.
