Full Job Description

  • Deliver projects utilising project management techniques to ensure the delivery and achievement of planned outcomes and strategic business objectives

  • Lead / support on projects and workstreams; from scoping to delivery, cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management, ensuring projects delivered to required time, quality and cost targets

  • Management of required governance/cadence, project gateway deliverables reporting, inc. risks & issues status

  • Use wider business experience to guide their own projects, sharing learning with functional peers across programmes

  • Servant leader and coach for domain squad, assisting the team in delivering value and implementing process improvements in order to improve efficiency.

  • Backlog creation & refinement, estimation, roadmap development and dependency alignment.

    Experience in an Agile Project management role with working knowledge of relevant JLR processes

  • Experience leading delivery and integration across PCDS programme lifecycle, employing pre-emptive risk and issue management

  • Extensive knowledge of change management processes

  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity to pilot new business initiatives, whilst utilising existing programme management skills

  • Strong track record of delivering process development and transformation projects with problem solving skills

  • Experienced at building effective cross functional relationships with strong stakeholder management skills at all levels

  • Evidence of leadership skills and ability to drive positive business outcomes

  • Knowledge of Agile mentality and Scrum framework
