Full Job Description
- Collaborating with Operation/Area Directors to determine hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for the areas that Group hires for.
- Collaborating with Operation/Area Directors to support with posting, budgets and targeting campaigns.
- First point of call for all employment support (Reed In Partnership, job centers, Twin Group, ECL and more) and building strong, effective relationships with employment groups and job centers.
- Creating comprehensive job descriptions and posting job advertisements across all mediums.
- Tracking and analysing hiring metrics including time-to-hire, source of hire and recruitment spend.
- Be a key point of contact across the business to manage vacant positions partnering with key stakeholders to plan and evaluate how to recruit roles of all levels.
- Coordinating and overseeing job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
- Keeping up with recruitment trends and looking at new sources for advertising.
- Managing a Group Recruitment Budget
- Overseeing all Social media campaigns
- Direct a high performing team of 12 Recruiters to successfully achieve different regional targets.
In depth knowledge and understanding of Job boards like indeed and social media platforms. - Excellent communication skills
- Competent in the use of IT software such as word/ excel etc.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Desire to deliver a consistently high candidate experience.
- Confident communicator who can demonstrate empathy and listening skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines for multiple projects.
- Capacity to work in a fast paced, changing environment, proactively responding to changing requirements.
- Works well as part of a team but is a self-starter and can work independently.
- Ability to follow processes.
- Able to driver due to the location of the office
£28,000 - £30,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time, Competitive Salary. - Supported development and progression.
