Full Job Description

The role requires effective interaction with candidates, staff, and management through various channels (phone, email, MS Teams and in-person). The ability to convey information clearly, helpfully and professionally is vital. Attention to Detail - Accuracy is very important, particularly in verifying documentation, conducting pre-employment checks, and entering data accurately. Small errors can lead to compliance issues or delays in the recruitment process. Empathy and Interpersonal Skills - Understanding and relating to people from diverse backgrounds, especially when handling sensitive personal information or addressing candidate concerns. Initiative and Self-Motivation - Being proactive in managing the recruitment cycle, seeking ways to improve processes no matter how small or unusual the idea! Teamwork: While self-motivation is important, being, able to work collaboratively with other

team members and departments, is crucial for cohesive and efficient operation. Inclusivity: Commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and actively supporting diversity, which aligns with the Trusts values and enhances the recruitment strategy. Technological Proficiency: Competence with recruitment software, HR information systems, and general computer literacy to manage data and streamline the recruitment process efficiently. Experience in NHS recruitment is advantageous but not essential as we will train you in all you need to know.
