Reservations and Relationship Executive

As our Reservations and Relationship Executive you will deliver high quality guest service as you answer all booking enquiries and act as a key client contact during all pre-event/ workshop communications.

Using your networking and communication skills you will strengthen ties with local businesses, manage relationships with the travel trade, Language Schools and engage with coaches for market insights and encourage repeat business. This role also involves active participation in networking events and making active sales calls.

We are looking for someone that is passionate about enhancing the attractions local presence and achieving strategic objectives through effective relationship-building and creative collaboration.

You will be confident in preparing reports and invoices from a sales system. Sales and customer relationship experience is desirable.

We are looking for a team member with sparkle and passion, that is genuinely interested in providing high quality guest service and telling the stories of our unique attraction. A team playing attitude is a must.

Oxford Castle & Prison watches over the dreaming spires of the historic city of Oxford. From the heights of the Saxon St George's tower to the depths of its 900 year-old Norman crypt. Our costumed tour guides lead guests on a 1000-year journey, telling the history of this ancient site through the stories of the Castle & Prison's most infamous inhabitants; amongst them Empresses, Kings, monks and prisoners

Contract: 30 hours available. Permanent Contract. Weekends & Bank Holidays included.

Salary: £12 per hour
