Restaurant Manager

Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial performance.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

Train and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service and uphold company standards.

Create employee schedules and manage labour costs to optimize productivity.

Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely service.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.

Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures.

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role.

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in using restaurant management software and POS systems.,
