Full Job Description

The Reward team is part of the People Operations team that is responsible for maintaining and tracking employee data via PeopleXD, supporting People related queries, Learning and Development, Systems and People Analytics.

The Reward team is responsible for the following areas:

  • Compensation, job architecture/levelling

  • Benefits

  • Recognition

  • Performance management (design)

  • Payroll

  • Reward governance and compliance

  • Reward communication and education, End of year processes - pay review & bonus invites/calculations

  • Provide admin support on the process to the Reward Analyst

  • Create and distribute pay review letters, bonus invite letters and bonus payment letters.


  • Reward inbox

  • Manage the reward inbox, answer employee queries and escalate any questions necessary.


  • Benefits

  • Support administratively the new benefits strategy launch.

  • Manage benefits related events.

  • Check all salary sacrifice requests and reject them if needed.

  • Administer Allwyn's Loyalty awards plan.

  • Administer the new electric vehicle plan and handle all related employee or provider enquiries.

  • Handle all benefits related invoices, raise PO-s, set up suppliers in SAP.

  • Keep benefits memberships up to date when they are manages outside of myRewards (benefits platform)

  • Support benefits reporting.

  • Support all new benefits implementations and launches.

  • Keep the wellbeing allowance provider list up to date, 34 days paid leave (This includes bank holidays)

  • 2 x Life Days

  • As part of our onboarding processes, all successful candidates will need to complete both a Pre-Employment Screening process and a Fit & Proper check by the Gambling Commission. These checks include a DBS (an enhanced check, which shows convictions and conditional cautions), credit and social media checks. As part of our application process, you will be asked to identify in advance if you have spent or unspent convictions that we need to be aware of.

    Should you not disclose convictions at the application stage, not pass the Fit & Proper Check process or not complete your Pre-Employment Screening then unfortunately you may not pass our probation process.

    All data will be handled in accordance with our data policies and treated with utmost confidentiality.

  • Intermediate Excel skills (confident knowledge of Vlookup, Sum, If, Sumif and other basic formulas)

  • Numerate and analytical with exceptional attention to detail, coupled with a logical approach.

  • Willingness to learn, very good written and communication skills
