Full Job Description

  • Liaison with Civil and Military Aviation Safety Regulators e.g. CAA, EASA, FAA,

  • Oversee Design, Maintenance, Production and Training approvals for Part 21, 21G,

  • Form 4 holder - Quality Manager, My client are a leading Aircraft Manufacture and Operations business, who facilitate Aircraft Sales, Bespoke Aircraft Builds, Maintenance and Spares & Repairs. Capabilities include Aircraft Design & Customisation, Flight Test, Certification, Train and Technical Support.


  • The Quality & Safety Manager will be responsible for responsible for management of all aspects of Aviation Quality Safety Management Systems across the business.

    Deliverables
  • Liaison with Civil and Military Aviation Safety Regulators e.g. CAA, EASA, FAA, BCAR and MAA

  • Oversee Design, Maintenance, Production and Training approvals for Part 21, 21G, 145, 147, CAMO and BCAR

  • Develop and maintain risk-based audit plan and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Maintain Quality Management documentation, keep handbooks up to date and ensure training records & authorisations/permits are kept up to date

    Form 4 Holder - Quality Manager

  • Excellent knowledge of Civil and Military aviation Design, Production and Maintenance

  • Trained Lead Auditor

  • Formal Aviation Safety & Quality qualifications

  • Civil and Military Regulatory Training (CAA, EASA 145, CAMO, Part 21 / 21G, Part 147)


  • Must be eligible for SC Clearance
