Full Job Description

  • Oversee the coordination and execution of events, primarily focusing on corporate events and catering, ensuring seamless delivery of LOKI POKE's products.

  • Actively engage in sales and lead generation efforts to secure new corporate events and catering opportunities, expanding the business's client base.

  • Drive and/or tow trailer to event locations and oversee the setup, ensuring all equipment is transported and maintained, and supplies are prepared and presented according to brand standards.

  • Collaborate closely with the teams in Bristol and Bath to fulfil orders efficiently, maintaining clear communication and coordination.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by liaising with clients and customers and addressing inquiries.

  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, particularly during the summer months when events are more frequent.

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

    Previous experience in event coordination, preferably in the food or hospitality sectors.

  • Proven ability/ experience in generating leads, securing sales, and building relationships with corporate clients.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage with clients.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and travel to event locations as required.

  • Experience pulling trailers is preferred, but not mandatory.

  • Passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to customers.
