Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join my client as Sales Executive. My client is an established ICT and solutions company, specialising in the deployment, servicing and consultation of cloud and hosted solutions, mainly focused around voice services. They also provide managed support services for their own and partner provided ICT solutions. They are branching out into the retail sector with an exciting new product and this role will be to help them develop this business sector further., Provide retail businesses with outstanding communications and customer engagement solutions, whilst delivering the highest quality of customer experience, in order to achieve your revenue targets.,

  • Making outbound calls to develop effective relationships to identify sales opportunities and grow account revenue.

  • To be the first point of contact for inbound sales calls, demonstrating excellent communication and rapport building skills, to assess customer requirements.

  • Visiting prospective and existing clients to sell the product proposition.

  • Significant knowledge of negotiation and sales approaches, tailoring products and approach dependent upon the individual customers' needs.

  • Ability to organise your day, as though you are running your own business, to deliver a great customer experience from initial enquiries through to confirmation of orders.

  • Working cross-functionally with the wider team in a timely manner, with a focus on delivering a "Best in Class" experience to every customer.

  • Deliver monthly invoiced revenue targets.

  • Form strong business relationships with your customers.

  • Achieve agreed key customer contact targets.

  • Deliver activity KPIs.

  • Achieve SLA on response times to customer enquiries.
