Sales / Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator. As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their property needs, whether it's buying, selling, or renting. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding industry.

Duties:

- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants

- Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords

- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales/letting process

- Assist in the preparation of property listings, including taking photographs and writing descriptions

- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth transactions

- Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values

- Attend networking events and build relationships with potential clients

Administrative skills to manage paperwork and documentation

- Multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse clients

- Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and colleagues

- Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales and Lettings is essential

- Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage

- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for property viewings

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
