Full Job Description
- Knowledge in: Development & implementation in sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue. Setting & tracking individual and team sales targets and performance.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation and sales action plans.
- Overseeing and managing the activities and resources of the sales team.
- Providing ongoing training and feedback to the sales staff.
- Ability to Manage & write weekly / monthly Sales report.
- To generate additional revenues by seeking new businesses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
The successful candidate will have proven success in a similar role. Experience of developing and managing strong relationships with clients is essential, as well as demonstrating empathy towards customers and colleagues. Experience needed no less than 2 years in Four-star property, managing no less than 5 Team members.
