Full Job Description
- Process confirmed customer orders, by:
- Effectively communicate with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure key documents and reports are updated and shared with stakeholders
Educated to 'GCSE' standard. - Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Retail/B2B background and/or customer service experience preferred
- Export understanding would be advantageous.
- Be numerical, logical, and accurate with good attention to detail even under pressured environment.
- Being structured and organised is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles.

+ Entering orders in the system, liaising with Commercial Planning to match to stock, sending to warehouse and following through to dispatch and invoicing.
+ Tracking order statuses and feeding back to B2B Sales team their progress and likely shipping date.
+ Working closely with the warehouse to ensure timely despatch of orders within agreed internal SLA.
+ Providing the Finance Team with the relevant information to raise proforma invoices and produce final financial and commercial invoices once orders have shipped.
Working closely with the B2B Sales, Commercial Planning and Operations teams you will ensure that all B2B orders are effectively processed. You will ensure all activities associated with the receipt and processing of B2B orders are completed and remaining customer focused at all times. You will also get involved in collating and analysing reports that support the effective forecasting and processing of orders.
